Xtreme Juice: Now The World's BIGGEST Smoothie!

The home of Tampa’s favorite smoothies is now the home of the soon-to-be Guinness Book of World Records Biggest Smoothie!

On Saturday, July 11th, 2009, we'll be attempting to break the current world record for "World’s Biggest Smoothie," which is currently held by Canadian based company Booster Juice. Xtreme Juice will be attempting to make an over-200 gallon smoothie – the equivalent of over 1600 smoothies! – beating the current world record of 195 gallons.

Which delicious XJ flavor made the cut to be the World’s Biggest Smoothie flavor? That honor will go to our most popular flavor, the Strawberry Scream – a delicious and refreshing blend of strawberry/apple juice, strawberries, fresh banana, strawberry sherbet, nonfat frozen yogurt, and ice. We estimate that it will take close to 4 hours to make, blend and pour the smoothie.

This exciting event will take place at noon at the Christ the King Church parking lot on South Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, and all proceeds from the event will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters in Tampa. With a suggested donation of $5.00 for your very own "piece" of the Worlds’ Biggest Smoothie, we expect to raise over $2,000 in proceeds for the charity from this event.
