Our standards are high. They are the highest in the food service industry. In our company, every detail matters. We believe that a company that remains the same, is a company that is heading backwards. We are always in search of higher quality ingredients, better smoothie formulas, and ways to make more consistent smoothies faster. Here is short list focusing on some of our major standards and goals:
- Continuously serve the best product in the world. We have been voted "Best of the Bay" for our smoothies by the Weekly Planet two years in a row (2000 and 2001)
- Make sure that Every Customer that enters and leaves our store is happy with the product and service that they just received. Every Team Member in our store is empowered to do "whatever it takes" to make sure that every Customer is happy with their product and service.
- Be the place where "everyone wants to work". Our turnover is low, and our Team works hard. That is why less than 1 out of 20 people that apply in our store eventually receive the opportunity to work for our company. Our one store team always employs at least 20 Team Members.
- Receive perfect scores when examined by our health department. We will do "whatever it takes" to follow procedures, rules, and regulations to achieve these perfect scores. Our entire Team is rewarded every time we receive a perfect score. We work as a Team to make certain that our juice bar is the cleanest in the world.
- Create future opportunities for our Team Members. We believe that the best companies in the world are run by people that love their business and are passionate about our business. We also believe that it isn't any fun to cross a finish line alone. That is why we have opportunities available for our Team Members to grow with us as we expand our business.
